Hiking

Sipoonkorpi National Park has more than 26 km of marked trails, most of which are reasonably easy. However, hikers will come across steep climbs, steps and challenging terrain in places.

  • Most of the marked trails are circle trails.
  • There are plenty of small forest paths almost everywhere in the park.
  • There is no winter maintenance on the trails, but the snow on some of them usually becomes trampled down in winter.
  • There are cooking shelters, campfire sites and camping areas along the trails.
  • At the end of the challenging accessible trail leading to Lake Storträsk, there are accessible campsite structures.
