At the edge of the Fiskträsk Trail, you can admire the lake view from the cooking shelter or lean-to shelter. There is also a diverse forest and mire along the trail with varying landscapes. You can start the trail either from Korvenportti or Bakunkärr.

You can walk the trail either clockwise or counterclockwise.

You can head out on Fiskträsk trail from two starting points, Korvenportti or Bakunkärr. The connecting trails to the circle trail are equally long from both, or 800 metres. The distance from Korvenportti to Lake Fiskträsk is 1.2 kilometres.
This diverse trail mainly takes you through spruce woods but also mixed forests and wooded mires, and the climax of the trail is the wilderness lake of Fiskträsk.
The trail brings hikers to not only forest paths and wide, gravel-paved trails but also duckboards and small bridges.
The cooking shelter, lean-to shelter, firewood shed and dry toilet at Fiskträsk are located a short distance to the east from the trail on the lake shore. There is also a campfire site in connection with the lean-to shelter. A camping area can be found next to the cooking shelter.
