Pyhävasa open wilderness hut's fireplace has been closed indefinitely
Pyhävasa open wilderness hut's fireplace has been closed indefinitely for fire safety reasons in January 2025. The dry toilet will remain available and hut stays open. The hut is located south of Ulvomaselkä, along the Kapsajoki river, between Pulju and Pokka in Kittilä. From Pyhävasa it is about 14 km to the Raijankiselkä open wilderness hut.
