Hiking

The summer trail is ideal for both short day trips (to Pikku-Malla) and longer hikes. The varying fell terrain of Malla Strict Nature Reserve is suitable for hikers with a good basic level of fitness who are not afraid of steep climbs and descents. Visitors to the Strict Nature Reserve need to remember that in the snow-free season, they must stay on the marked trails. Before your excursion, visit the Instructions and Rules-page of Malla.
