Hiking Structures in the Kevo Nature Park and on the Guivi Trail
In the Kevo Strict Nature Reserve, hiking structures are located along marked trails. Only the Mádjohka open wilderness hut is situated off the trail. The hut can be accessed by skiing during the snow-covered period from October 16 to April 30, according to regulations.
Within the reserve’s boundaries, Kuivi open wilderness hut is the only structure designated for overnight stays. The Suohpášája, Fiellogahjohka, and Gamajohsuohpášája turf huts are intended as rest spots and for drying equipment, and overnight stays are not permitted in them.
Outside the reserve along the Kuivi Trail, the Ruktajávri and Njávgoaivi open wilderness huts are available for overnight stays, as are the Akukammi turf hut and Njávgoaivi turf hut, which is intended as a rest spot.
