Rokua National Park can be accessed by public transport during summer timetables. During winter timetables, public transport to the national park is not available.

By Bus

• Bus connections between Oulu and Vaala pass through Rokua during the summer, stopping at the spa hotel Rokua Health & Spa, the Camper Stop, and the wilderness hotel Rokuanhovi.
• In autumn, changes occur in the summer bus timetables, and connections to Rokua operate only on weekends. Suitable schedules can be checked using Matkahuolto’s timetable search.

By Train

• Some bus services include combined routes with a transfer between bus and train at Vaala or Utajärvi railway stations.
