The Liminka Bay Visitor Centre in Virkkula, Liminka, provides information about the Liminka Bay area and its birdlife. The centre also manages hiking advice for several other nearby nature destinations.

• Closed in January and February (open to groups by prior arrangement).

  • 1.-9.3. daily 10 am. to 4 pm. (winter break)
  • Weekends 15.-16.3., 22.-23.3. & 29.-30.3. from 10 am. to 4 pm.
• April
  • Daily from 10 am to 4 pm.
