The strict nature reserve features a roughly twenty-kilometer trail, ideal for hikers seeking silence and wishing to spend a day in the peace of nature. Pack your snacks in a backpack and use a whole day to complete the trail. The Vaskijärven Kierros Trail, which is part of the Kuhankuono hiking trail network, partially runs through the Vaskijärvi Nature Reserve. There are two rest spots along the route. The paths are planked over the mires, and on solid ground, you walk along a narrow path. Part of the route also runs on forest roads.

The starting and ending point of the circular route is the Elijärvenkulma parking area, Honkilahdentie 303. There is a map of the nature reserve and a trail guide at the parking area.
