This easy trail offers a great nature experience for people of all ages! On a nature trail suitable for the whole family and beginners, visitors can explore the park area of the old Teijo Manor. The trail has rocky sections with steep descents, lush stream-side groves and hazel groves as well as small rapids, bridges and stone stairs. The information boards on the nature trail describe the species found in the area and their habitat as well as the nature management work done for them.

Starting point is Sahajärvi parking area, Teijontie 12, Salo. The nature trail starts from the old power plant along Teijontie.
The trail has rocky sections with steep drops, lush streamside groves and hazel groves as well as waterfalls, bridges and stone stairs.
After hiking, you can take a dip in Lake Sahajärvi. There are no official swimming beaches in the national park.
