Lemmenpolku (The Lovers' Path) leads hikers from the castle ruins through sheep pastures and valuable traditional landscapes to the beautiful church village of Snappertuna. The trail is called Lemmenpolku (The Lovers' Path) because in spring, the surroundings fill with the deafening courtship songs of love-stricken birds. At the other end of Lemmenpolku is the Forngården Museum, where visitors can explore life in the archipelago in the 1800s. The museum consists of a main building and various types of barns, sheds, and granaries from the 1700s and 1800s, brought to the area from the island of Halstö. The trail is relatively easy to navigate but narrow in places and has one moderately steep slope along the way.

Starting from the castle, the trail first passes the summer theater and the nearby rocky meadow. Next, the trail continues to an old croft.
The trail weaves through a sheep-grazed pasture. Remember to close the gates in the enclosures after passing through. To the east of the trail lies an ungrazed pine forest, while on the west side is forest pastureland.
After the pasture area, the trail crosses a small stream via a bridge.
After the bridge, the route goes through a small residential area to the Forngården museum.
