A few hundred meters long trail from Kittiläntie leads to the Ritakoski campfire site by the Juutua River. At the roaring rapids of the Juutua River, there is a lean-to shelter and a campfire site. From the campfire site, there is a stunning view of Ritakoski and the Otsamotunturi fell rising behind it. Ritakoski is an easy day trip destination, even for those hiking with children.
