As soon as you hike into the open forest landscape of the sandy heath, a calm will settle over you. There are a few benches along the trail where you can sit to enjoy the silence of nature and admire the view of the forested sandy heath. At the end of the accessible trail section there is an accessible viewing platform where you can get close to the ancient shore of Jeturkasti. The shoreline is estimated to be 9,000 years old and it is 80 metres higher than the current sea level. A wooden boardwalk leads to the ancient shoreline viewing platform. The viewing platform has benches of different heights.
