Along the demanding Haukanholma Accessible Trail, you can see great old-growth forest, lakeside and rock walls as well as the Haukkalampi rest area and a café. Haukanholma offers a magnificent view across the Haukkalampi Pond. The only steeper climb of the fairly level trail is when you arrive in Haukanholma.

The Haukanholma Accessible Trail starts from the Haukkalampi parking areas, where you can find information boards.
There are impressive spruce forests with rocky cliffs along the way, lakeside views at the Haukkalampi Pond, and a beautiful view with cliffs opens at the top.
Most of the trail is fairly level, but there is a steeper short hill when arriving in Haukanholma.
The trail has no excessive lateral slope that could make travelling difficult for those who need mobility aids.
From the Haukanholma Trail, you can take a small detour (total distance back and forth is 300 metres) along a wide wooden bridge to the island in the Haukkalampi Pond. The trail is rather narrow on the island.
There is an accessible dry toilet and table-bench sets that are not completely accessible at the Haukkalampi Pond. The Haukanpesä Nature Information Hut (open in the summer), the drinking water point and the recycling point are not accessible. There is an accessible cooking shelter in Haukanholma. The campfire sites, the pier and the dry toilet are not accessible.
The return journey follows the same way you came.
