Puurijärvi and Isosuo National Park is located north of the Helsinki - Pori road (main road 2) and west of the Turku - Tampere road (main road 12), in the immediate vicinity of both roads. Puurijärvi-Isosuo is 65 km from Pori, 75 km from Tampere, 104 km from Turku and 196 km from Helsinki.

Different trails can be accessed from parking areas located throughout the national park.
