Set out to be amazed by Multiharju's old-growth forest, known as the heart of Seitseminen. In Multiharju, over 400-year-old pines stretch their twisted branches towards the sky. The Aarnipolku trail is an easy route that is suitable for the whole family. The trail has some elevation changes. It is a wide gravel path, and in the duckboard sections, there are three wide planks side by side, allowing people to walk together, such as with a guide dog or an assistant. Please note the wooden stairs at the beginning of the trail. Please also be aware that Multiharju is a restricted area where walking is allowed only on marked trails to prevent erosion. The trail is not maintained in winter.

The Aarnipolku trail starts from the corner of the Multiharju parking area. The parking area has a picnic table and a dry toilet. There is no designated campfire site along the trail.
The trail ascends to Multiharju and winds through an old mixed forest with plenty of dead trees and thick-trunked pines. The path is wide and flat.
From the ridge, the trail descends via a wooden staircase with railings down to the swamp and onto duckboards. The duckboards are wide enough for two people to walk side by side, or for pushing a stroller.
From the swamp, the trail rises back up to the ridge, where it continues as a wide, gravel-surfaced path towards the parking area.
