Camping

  • Camping is only permitted in designated camping areas and in the immediate vicinity of all campsites. The best camping spots are at Lintuniemi and Harjujärvi, with space for approximately 5–7 tents. See campsite locations.
  • When camping, be considerate towards other hikers and those staying overnight. They may be tired after their day’s hike and wish to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.

  • Harjujärvi camping

    Harjujärvi can accommodate about 5 - 7 tents. Camping is allowed in the immediate vicinity of all rest areas. Please note that when the wildfire warning is in effect, fire lighting is allowed only in the campfire site of Harjujärvi cooking shelter, that has a flue.

  • Lintuniemi camping

    Lintuniemi can accommodate about 5 - 7 tents. Camping is allowed in the immediate vicinity of all rest areas.
