During this forest yoga journey, you'll engage your senses with the colors, scents, and sounds of the forest. You'll realize that everyone can do yoga, and yoga is for everyone.
With the help of an exciting and captivating yoga story, you'll get your body moving. You'll see how doing things together and experiencing nature empowers you, creates a good mood, and brings family members closer to each other.
During the nature yoga trip, we will walk for about 15 minutes, warming up as we go into the forest. With the guidance of your yoga teacher, you’ll embark on a journey into your mind, performing movements that follow the story. During the 30-minute yoga story, we will observe our breath, listen, watch, and smell our surroundings, while doing simple yoga movements as the story progresses. In the heart of nature, amidst the beautiful landscapes of Leivonmäki National Park, the yoga session will guide you through different senses to breathe, move, and tune into your body’s sensations. After the yoga session, we’ll return along the path to the Kirveslammi parking area.
