The wilderness trails to Muikkupuro, Värikallio, and Julma-Ölkky have been opened. The wilderness trails are multi-use trails where you can walk, ski, snowshoe, and ride a fat bike.

The wilderness trails to Muikku Stream and Värikallio

There has been quite a lot of snow in Hossa, and now the wilderness trails to Muikkupuro, Värikallio, and Julma-Ölkky have been opened. The wilderness trails are multi-use trails maintained by Metsähallitus, where you can walk, ski, snowshoe, and ride a fat bike.

The trails have signs and markings on the lake. The trails are aimed to be maintained as soon as possible after snowfall.

The paintings at Värikallio are still under beautiful frost, but as soon as the February sun starts to warm, the frost will melt away.
