The area's varied terrain and endless woodland challenge even the most seasoned hikers.
At Evo, you can walk along easy nature trails or follow hiking routes that take you all the way to Asikkala and Padasjoki, where lynxes also roam. Fishing for stocked salmonids or natural fish species brings joy to anglers and families with children. Evo has three marked mountain biking trails, with a total length of approximately 70 km. There are many forest roads suitable for cycling in the area. There are also three mountain bike trails in the area.
Evo Hiking Area is an excellent fishing destination for beginners and seasoned fishermen alike, and therefore ideal for families.
The area's camping site is a great venue for events of all sizes regardless of the time of year.

Everyman’s Right apply in this areaAccess to the hiking area is permitted under Everyman’s rights, with the exception of the restricted areas.
Temporary camping in the area is allowedTemporary camping with Everyman’s Right is allowed, except for parking areas. You can stay overnight in motorhomes in the parking area.
Make campfires only in designated sitesAlways check the current wildfire warning before making a fire. During a wildfire warning, fires are only allowed in cooking shelters with a chimney.
Remember to bring a trash bagThere are no waste bins in the area. Bring a trash bag and take the trash with you.
