The easy-to-ride mountain biking trail in Seitseminen follows gravel roads, forest roads, and an easy path. There are short sections of duckboards on the trail in some places. The best starting point for the biking trail is Saari-Soljanen, which has extensive service facilities. It's also possible to take a detour from the trail to the Liesijärvi lean-to shelter and camping area or to the Honkaniemi campfire site. The trail is not maintained in winter. There are two wells near the trail. One is near the cooking shelter at Kirkas-Soljanen, by the roadside, and the other is at the Pitkäjärvi rental hut.

The trail starts from Saari-Soljanen, following Soljostentie towards the cooking shelter and camping area at Kirkas-Soljanen. Before reaching the services at Kirkas-Soljanen, the trail turns onto a forest road, which initially runs along the edge of a restoration-burned forest area. The trail continues north via Liesilammi and Kettulammi to Tasainenkangas, where it is possible to take a short detour to the Liesijärvi lean-to shelter.
The trail from Tasainenkangas continues to Kivijärventie. The Kivijärventie road zigzags through magnificent mires to the Pitkäjärvi rental hut. Please do not enter the yard unless you have rented the hut yourself. The campfire site and pier are for the use of people renting the hut.
The route continues past the rental cabin, and after half a kilometer, it is possible to turn onto a narrow forest path that leads to the Honkaniemi campfire site. Please note that the path is rocky. The old conservation forest of Pitkäjärvi is located around Honkaniemi. From your bike, you can admire large shield-barked pines and deadwood trees.
After this, the route continues along the old forest workers’ cycling route towards the south and Jaulintie. The return to Saari-Soljanen is via Jaulintie and Soljostentie.
At the starting and ending point in Saari-Soljanen, there is a dry toilet, a cooking shelter, and a campfire site.
