The Lapinsalmi parking area and the Riippusillantie leading to it will not be plowed during the winter season 2024-2025. For this reason, Repovesi National Park can only be accessed in winter via the Tervajärvi and Saarijärvi parking areas.

In the spring, when the Ketunlossi ferry is launched, the trails will again be accessible from Lapinsalmi. This will be announced on the National Park's What's New page.
