Terrain Conditions and Hiking Services in the Inari Hiking Area
- Juutuan polku trail is very slippery due to the thawing weather. If you head out on the trail, put spikes on your shoes and use walking poles for assistance.

- According to official measurements, there is 50 cm of snow on the ground, less in higher fells and more in sheltered areas. The Pielpajärvi Wilderness Church Trail and the Tuulijärvi Trail are also used in winter, but they are not maintained for winter conditions. We do not recommend walking the Inari - Otsamo Summer Trail in wintertime.
