A NATURE AND WELLNESS HOLIDAY IN KOLI NATIONAL PARK - Let's the make best summer memories on the island of Tarina-Aho Tarina-Aho is a unique holiday destination on an island in Lake Pielinen, in the middle of the Koli national landscape. Our yard consists of three traditional log buildings, which were originally made by hand in North Karelia and were later moved to Kelvänsaari. For us, Tarina-Aho is a place that combines nature, Lake Pielinen, peace of mind, the simplicity of things and the North Karelian tradition and hospitality. Arriving at Tarina-Aho is like a trip back in time - busy everyday life and worries remain on the mainland as you board the boat. We want to offer our guests the most unhurried experience in the middle of nature, which is why we have tried to make every visit as special just for you. Musta Mäntyjärvi Fishing Camp

Musta Mäntyjärvi is a secluded and peaceful fishing spot that is rented for a single fishing party at a time. The lake is full of naturally grown fish, the most targeted fish species are perch, pike and roach. There are plenty of large pikes and perches in the lake, for which the upper dimensions are also set. The top measurement of the perch is 35 cm and for the pike it is 75 cm. The campsite includes a 25 square meter hut with a fireplace and food preparation equipment, such as pots, soot pans, frying pans, cutlery and cups. It is also possible to stay overnight in the cottage. It is possible to sleep on mattresses spread on the benches or floors, there is room for 5 adults. Mattresses and sleeping bags are not included for rent. The campsite also has an outdoor campfire site, as well as a large outdoor dining table, firewood shed and an outhouse. The rent also includes the use of a rowing boat and a canoe. The fishing license for Musta Mäntyjärve includes the whole party listed. In terms of fishing, the lake is in private use of the renters during the rental period. Each customer is responsible for the fishery management fees. There is no electricity at the site, drinkable water must be brought with you. You can get there by car. There is room for several motorhomes. The terrain itself is excellent for camping or hammocking. RENTAL FOR SELF-OPERATED CAMPING Includes campsite rent (hut, campfire site, wood, half liter, sites for your own tent, motorhome, etc.), rowing boat and canoe, and fishing permits exclusive to Musta Mäntyjärvi for the rental period.
