Led by Helena Karhu, a North Karelian expert in folk culture and spiritual traditions, this immersive experience will take you through forested trails, past sacred stones, and to the legendary peaks of Koli. Along the way, you will engage in time-honored practices of nature connection, mindfulness, and storytelling rooted in Finnish-Karelian ancestral traditions.
