Evo Syväjärvi

Rent the 6-hectare atmospheric lake Syväjärvi (“The Deep Lake”) and the multifunctional facilities on the shore for accommodation and get-togethers. The rich in fish lake Syväjärvi is located near Evo hiking area in Hämeenlinna in its own Peace & Privacy where cities distractions won’t reach. In addition to the private lake, main building, and 2 accommodation cabins Evo Syväjärvi offers a private beach, a lakeside sauna, a cooking-shelter and an outdoor fireplace. There are 20 bed places and 8 rowing boats. Evo Syväjärvi is great for 5 to 50-person meetings, parties vacations and company events. Syväjärvi is special because of the planted rainbow trout, which we plant approximately 2500 kg per year. Chances of getting fish are much better than on the normal lakes. Evo Syväjärvi is located near the nationally famous Evo hiking area with tens of kilometres of proper and designated hiking trails. We offer our customers various programme services from guided fishing to snowshoeing. Premises for approximately 20 persons to dine, be together, have a meeting, party or just come and relax beside the open fire place with your friends or colleagues. The air source heat pump secures pleasant temperature all year around. In addition, there is a 42” flat screen TV with a PC adapter. Please note that Wi-Fi is not included. In the kitchen there is running hot and cold water, tableware for 20 persons, an electric stove and oven, a fridge freezer, a microwave and a Moccamaster.

Evo Grand Villa

As a main building of Evo Peace area, Evo Grand Villa is 442 m2 unique multifunction villa just 145 kilometres away from Helsinki and 100 kilometres from Tampere. It is located right next to a forest pond in the middle of the atmospheric wilderness of Hämeenlinna’s national scenery. Your privacy is guaranteed not only by the location at the end of a private road, but also by the 7-hectare farm property! In addition to the Evo Grand Villa, you may wish to rent a whole Evo Peace complex consisting of three villas for only one group at a time, giving guests complete peace and privacy. EVO PEACE’S HISTORY goes back to the 60’s when the government’s game-research facility was established in the area. Not only did they research but also breed animals. There is even a wolf corral in the yard! The buildings have been converted for vacation and meeting use in 2018. The Evo Center is just a walking distance away and offers diverse hiking trails near-by. The cherry on the top is Wilderness Barn, a log-made event and party room with true wilderness spirit! EVEN THOUGH we gladly organize delicacies via our catering services for our customers Evo Grand Villa has great capabilities for independent cooking with up to 4 separate kitchens. The main building has 2 floors and the 2nd floor’s living area presents a gorgeous view on the peaceful pond Kaitalammi.

Tavastia Privacy

Multifunction villa Tavastia Privacy offers genuine Peace & Privacy on an old 2,5-hectare farm that has been renovated from the ground-up with respect for its location surrounded by the peace of nature deep in the woods. The facilities offer accommodations for groups from 5 to 18 persons, but for day-time events and parties even bigger groups can fit. For summer daytime use, parties and meetings, the Tavastia Privacy is also suitable for larger groups. Come and experience the peace and silence of wilderness. Have meetings, fish, hike or just relax, feel refreshed or do nothing. Enjoy all the modern comforts that Tavastia Privacy has to offer next to Evo hiking area, in the middle of the forest, 900 meters from the shore of big lake Nerosjärvi in your own Peace & Privacy. The 200 m2 renovated main house facilities include a dining/meeting room for up to 20 persons, around 15 bed places, 6–7 bedrooms, a dressing room, shower, an indoor sauna, 2 toilets and a fully timber made outdoor sauna as a cherry on top! Together Tavastia Privacy’s saunas offer space for up to 20 persons at the same time. Both saunas have direct access to hot tubs which comfortably fit 8 persons each.

Multifunctional Evo Wilderness Villa is the only property in its 1700 hectares forest area. Come and feel the silence and peace in the wilderness, have a peaceful meeting, go fishing, hiking or trekking. Let the forest surprise and refresh you, be it summer or winter. Enjoy all the modern comforts of Evo Wilderness Villa near Evo’s famous hiking area. The villa isn’t in the middle of nowhere but in the population centre of Finland, 150 kilometres from Helsinki, 100 kilometres from Tampere and 45 kilometres from Hämeenlinna. Come to the old times atmospheric log house in the forest while still enjoying modern comforts such as water closets, air-conditioning, comfortable beds, modern kitchen, indoor and outdoor saunas, and hot tub. Experience the original atmosphere of the carefully renovated log house and the feel the harsh worksite of old times lumberjacks in your own Peace & Privacy. The renovated, almost 200 m2, Evo Wilderness Villa has a dining and meeting area for up to 20 persons, 15 bed places, 5 bedrooms, a dressing room, showers, an indoor sauna, 2 bathrooms, and an atmospheric old times log-built outdoor sauna as a cherry on top. Together the two saunas will sit a total of 20 persons. In addition, there is 70 m2 worth of terraces with one right next to the main building sitting 15 persons and the other next to the outdoor sauna with enough space for 10 persons to cool off. Both have access to the hot tub in the forest garden via the duckboard.

Evo Ruuhijärvi

THE RUUHIJÄRVI multifunctional villa in Evo, Hämeenlinna was built originally around 1920 as a base for forest workers, for lumberjacks and woodcutters. The buildings have been renovated and modernized for meetings and vacations in mind and for year-round use. Even though the villa has been fitted with modern comforts its buildings and surroundings still have the spirit of old times lumberjack-worksite. All of this is next to a quiet wilderness lake and close to famous Evo hiking area. Ruuhijärvi lake villa offers fantastic facilities close to nature for various events for groups from 5 to 60 persons. Some great examples are meetings, company events, vacations, fishing trips or perhaps wedding parties! Ruuhijärvi offers a great environment for bachelor parties as well, with a “private” lake and ensured Peace & Privacy. The main building’s Main Hall has room for approximately 25 persons. It is equipped with a free Wi-Fi, a flipchart, a silver screen and a 55” widescreen TV with HDMI connection. The area has a separate section for socializing, a TV room and a social area that can also be used for dining by 10 persons. The social area can even be used as a bedroom thanks to a 2-person convertible couch. This room also has a 55” flat screen TV. The kitchen has tableware for 50 persons, an electric stove and oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a Moccamaster.

Evo Twin

Both of Evo Twin’s buildings (90 m2 and 130 m2) are villas equipped with all modern comforts including own kitchens, sauna- and shower facilities. Evo Twin’s generous terrace with a barbeque shelter, a fireplace, a 20-person table group and a hot tub offers the means for organizing a handsome barbeque party with plenty of space for socializing and grilling together. Both saunas have a direct access with clean feet to the villas’ own terraces and onwards to the large terrace’s wood-heated hot tub to finalize the ultimate sauna relaxation! There is no private beach or beach sauna at Evo Twin. The 90 m2 Evo Hunt House has a total of 7 to 8 bed places in two bedrooms and on the living room’s extra mattresses. The 130 m2 Evo Lakeside Villa has a total of 13 to 16 bed places in 3 bedrooms and on the living room’s extra mattresses. All-in-all Evo Twin has a total of 5 bedrooms and 20 to 24 bed places. If needed, there are more extra mattresses available. Our most venturesome guests are welcome to sleep in the barbeque hut which also works for accommodation purposes in summertime. Altogether Evo Twin is suited for approx. 20-person groups. Both villas have a living room with a large table to organize small meetings. You can hook up your laptop to an LED TV with a HDMI cable for presentation use. The entire Evo Peace area has a free high-speed wireless internet network, which includes not only villas, gardens and beach areas, but also the Wilderness Barn on the edge of the area.
